The apartment itself is fine. What is not good is the doors always being broken, the gates always being broken, and the constant smell of weed in what is supposed to be a smoke free community. It is there as soon as I walk into the hall from the breezeway. The problem has been brought to the attention of management but nothing is ever done. There are people smoking on balconies (cigarettes and weed). We were also not informed this is a HUD approved community. I think that is information that should be made available to applicants when they are applying. I should have the option to choose to be in a HUD community or not.

Brandon is super good, he is very patient and he can put himself into resident’s shoes.

I love my apartment. I love the location. But noise is my biggest concern for the cost. Road noise. Hallway noise. Floor above noise.

Turned in my paper I received from my victims advocate for domestic violence excusing me from my lease which they refused to apply to my lease for early termination.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is kept clean inside and outside. They have fun activites for the residents to participate in. I enjoy living here

It's a wonderful place to live from my experience. I cannot speak for others but if you value excellence, get involved help our community be a much brighter and safer place to enjoy.

I feel like the complex isn’t as clean anymore. The elevators are always dirty and most importantly the new office staff (excluding the manager) is rude at times. I actually avoid speaking to one of them when possible

The staff here is just incredible so attentive and always on top of your needs. They do holiday parties for the residents!!I feel safe living here.

I was greeted with a smile and the tour was impeccable, service was great.

I enjoy the apartment and the facilities provided. Front office people and the Maintenance staff are the best as well.
