The staff here is just incredible so attentive and always on top of your needs. They do holiday parties for the residents!!I feel safe living here.

My experience with this apartment’s application process was nothing short of frustrating and disorganized. After being prompted to apply, I completed the entire process, only to be informed the moment I hit submit that the unit was no longer available. This timing was baffling. How can they let someone go through the trouble of applying when they clearly knew the unit was no longer an option? It shows a complete disregard for prospective tenants’ time and effort. Worse still, there was no real explanation for the mishap. The response I received was vague and lacked any empathy for the inconvenience they caused. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or have a well-structured system in place. The whole ordeal felt chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly, insulting. I would advise anyone considering this property to be wary of how poorly they handle their application process.

The bldg is dirty - same dirt and dust bunnies in the fitness center since I first moved in 14 months ago.Threat of cameras being installed in trash rooms - never done residents just threw stuff all over the trash rooms.No security cameras in parking garage.Boiler went out during replacement residents promised hot water before 8 am - no hot water. Communication from office 10 mi utes before they closed - no compensation to the residentsParking garage gates break at least once a month.Parking garage dirty suggested to leasing office they power wash - never done.Bldg has termitesApartments are oldDemographics changing constant orders of cannabis even though bldg is non smokingBasically it’s way below average!
