Garage doors are always broke, hot water heaters are constantly going out. Early termination fees are outrageous. Smoking marijuana usage is used everywhere. Appliances are extremely loud terrible barely working

In contrast to my experience at six previously visited properties, Brandon was the most well-prepared and capable. He asked thoughtful questions, listened patiently to my answers and then displayed mastery-level knowledge of The Huntington during a well-thought out and highly-thorough tour of the property and prospective units. My many questions were answered candidly and articulately. Most importantly, Brandon grasped the urgency of the situation and responded, in kind. Applied same day, approved the next, moved in the day after. Seamless process, beautiful property, apartment clean and fresh, like new. Team is kind and responsive, community and neighbors are friendly.

The Huntington is a nice building in a good location—it just wasn’t a good fit for me

We’re happy with the most recent management however in the two years living there we experienced a shooting, multiple break ins around the building, exterior doors broken and the constant smell of marijuana. The tenants above us were extremely unruly we complained and nothing was able to be done so we tolerated it until we could move out.

Loved spending 5 years here. Great place to live.
