Reina was very helpful in showing us the apartment and with the lease agreement.

I was told there was a loading dock and that I could book the elevator for a Saturday move in. I was not able to do that and things were moved through the front doors. I think things should have been made more clear on how the move in process goes.

I was told the date that the technician was coming, but I didn't know if the work would be 100% complete the same day or if it was a bigger issue that required multiple visits. I was not home when the technician came, and when I got home I couldn't tell if the problem was fixed, so I had to put in another maintenance request and ensure I was home so that I could talk to him. I would appreciate if he left a note so that I know the work was completed.

Since I moved into the property from Quarry Villas in late Sep 2025:- number 1 elevator has been total shutdown- renovation works till dec 2025 resulted in my not being able to use the balcony as renovation works mon to sun from 8am - 6pm- now renovation works again not being able to use balcony or have my windows open Mon- sun from 8am-6pm!- swimming pool area shutdown at the moment- vending machines doesn't operate properly at times- fitness equipment are rustedIs there a month without major renovation??For the rent I am paying, im not getting the full value worth.

Nobody told us that we can reserve one of the elevators for the move in and it would have been much easier with that! We had to wait too long for the elevators every time.
