Everyone was very friendly and the initial process was explained very thoroughly. I did feel that the post appointment chat was very short and we didn’t speak about all of the things that were mentioned in the pre-appointment chat.

The dental hygienist (Ashley) was amazing with my almost 2 year old for her very first visit! My daughter doesn’t love having her teeth brushed but Ashley was slow and patient and ended up having a great experience and a decent cleaning.

We kept trying to warn you that he has an level 3 autism, and a huge aversion to brushing. It's taken us years to get him to tolerate it, and I don't think you were as prepared as you thought you were. My husband had to step in and help.

Hygienist pushed for my four year old to go back alone when she was visibly upset and wanted me to come. I came otherwise. Hygienist suggested I sit by fish even though there was a chair by my daughter. I sat by my daughter anyways.Hygienist made little to no attempts to make my daughter feel welcome and at ease.I told hygienist she had a cold and had a stuffy nose. Hygienist told my daughter repeatedly to breath through nose even though she couldn’t due to cold.
