We were so disappointed in our experience yesterday! :( Team members seemed to be lacking in professionalism and understanding the details of our visit. We love the Kids Dentist and were surprised by our encounters! The origin of our visit was to discuss Ella’s adult canines coming in while her baby teeth are still in place… this was communicated at the initial booking and the online patient registration. However none of the staff- front desk, hygienist or dentist seemed to know that information

Despite my child's preferred name being included in her patient info, the hygienist called my child by the legal name. It is important for staff to be mindful of preferred names. Those moments can be upsetting for some and devastating for others. Aside from this one incident all our experiences have been excellent.

I tried to pay in cash, because there is a charge for using a credit card. I was told you wouldn't give me my change back, but instead keep my change and put it into my account. It is a ridiculous policy to charge more to use a CC, and when someone tries to pay in cash to avoid the fees, you keep the change. Last time I was in I asked if you offer a non-insurance cash rate for cash paying customers, and you said no, and I asked if you'd consider it. I'd love it if someone would contact me.

Lack of communication during the appointment. TO get in took a long time. NO sense of Urgency.

Staff shoves an iPad in your hands to fill out annual medical info. The form has imbedded links to look at such as privacy info, etc. it’s difficult to view the links and then get back to the forms you were originally filling out. I lost 4 pages of forms that were already filled out. Once I reported this to staff, I was told that your progress DOESN’T SAVE. This is inconvenient and not even logical. I needed to schedule later after the appointment and staff gave pushback on that. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was in your office for cleanings for my 3 kids. I was asked to fill out the health history forms again for my kids. It took a full hour to re-fill in these forms. Isn’t there a way to use the form we have already filled in previously and just make updates to it? It seems crazy to me to have to have to fill out the whole form every time we come. I also think it is crazy to have to fill in basic information 3 times for 3 separate kids. Is t there a way to copy over basic information?
