This experience single-handedly changed my kids impression of going to the dentist. No tears, no crying, no holding them down. They had the BEST experience and we are so grateful we were referred to you!

We kept trying to warn you that he has an level 3 autism, and a huge aversion to brushing. It's taken us years to get him to tolerate it, and I don't think you were as prepared as you thought you were. My husband had to step in and help.

Hygienist pushed for my four year old to go back alone when she was visibly upset and wanted me to come. I came otherwise. Hygienist suggested I sit by fish even though there was a chair by my daughter. I sat by my daughter anyways.Hygienist made little to no attempts to make my daughter feel welcome and at ease.I told hygienist she had a cold and had a stuffy nose. Hygienist told my daughter repeatedly to breath through nose even though she couldn’t due to cold.

Great atmosphere for kids

Everything and everyone was fantastic from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist or the dentist herself. Everyone was polite and kind and so understanding especially when our girl wasn’t feeling the greatest and super shy/nervous about being at the dentist. The atmosphere is so kid friendly and welcoming it definitely didn’t feel like a dentist office at all. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’m looking forward to bringing her back in 6 months for her check up!

difficulty scheduling around work and school schedule with the limited availability with staff

We were so disappointed in our experience yesterday! :( Team members seemed to be lacking in professionalism and understanding the details of our visit. We love the Kids Dentist and were surprised by our encounters! The origin of our visit was to discuss Ella’s adult canines coming in while her baby teeth are still in place… this was communicated at the initial booking and the online patient registration. However none of the staff- front desk, hygienist or dentist seemed to know that information
