I initially got the time I wanted. Then the day of without being asked my appointment was moved back 15 minutes. Then I waited an additional 15+ minutes when I arrived. Between two appointments I was there almost 3 hours. It felt very inconsiderate of my time.

Quick and efficient once inside dentist room. Prizes for kiddo were super nice. Waited a LONG time in the waiting room which was tricky with a toddler.

The morning of the appointment my time was changed without asking if that was ok. Then I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes once I got there. I felt that some staff were slightly rude/gave attitude when I asked questions. I won't be coming back.

It’s long wait times for next available appointments. There is no where to write how my actual experience was- we had a new doc we’ve never had before. He was younger male. My 3 yr old gagged on the water suction tool and therefore got scared. This doc has NO idea how to talk to kids. Asking my son “what happened?? Why are you sad? If you don’t tell me what’s wrong I can’t help you. I need you to lay down, you’re not following instructions. He had to leave and 3 min later he was fine.

Made the kids feel very comfortable! Did a great job assessing where the kids comfort level was at and meeting them there.

There was only one practicing dentist at the time of our issue, but even when there were 2 dentists, their schedules were packed. The issue with our daughter’s tooth progressed within a few weeks. The limited availability of the dentist caused prolonged pain and distress for our daughter. She needed an antibiotic and lost the tooth since treatment was so far delayed. Scheduling at this office has been a significant challenge the last few years and is a factor for us leaving.

I was sent two text messages and two emails that Tess Mehrtens had her appointment at 8:45am and Lavonna Mehrtens at 9:00am. I arrived at 8:40am and was told that Tess could not be seen because her appointment was at 8:30am. I showed the office clerk my texts and emails confirming I told 8:45am and they said we would have to now wait longer to be seen - we did not get Tess in until 10am. Not sure how a mistake on your part constitutes us waiting over an hour to be seen.
