The community outdoor/grill area lights have not worked in months. Sitting or grilling in the dark!!Pool needs attention!! Immediately. Algae has formed by the fountain area. Lights at fountain are not working.2nd floor hallway air conditioning is not working properly. Showing 79. It’s very hot in summer months.

Larry and Nestor are very considerate to listening to my concerns and being very supportive in trying to solve my issues. They come out in a short amount of time and have resolved any problem they can solve with professionalism.

I was told that their is Security Cameras to Secure the residents..When I had an incident..I was Told all Cameras were not working due to a Small STORM that had taken place 3 weeks prior to me Missing My Items..I don't feel as safe Now that I know that All Cameras were out for more than 3 Weeks and still have not been repaired..n Cameras are Not on Every floor..So much for Senior SafetyThe items that were Taken went thru the Front Office Door Main Entrance..??No Cameras and this was over a Month Ago..while I moved from 2nd floor to the 3rd on July 2, 2026I called maintenance to Report my Fan unoperative..n as of this day No Response Yet from Maintenance..Its only 1 month but Im Blessed with A Medal of Patience

Excise classes for ALL, have more music or and a DJ to play the music during social hours.Need to clean the hall carpet more.More restrictions on pet owners to pickup their pet's waste.

I will moving to live with my daughter. The increase in rent when I signed my second lease is putting a strain on my budget.My time here at the Lakes has been excellent!Beautiful property, great staff and it felt like home.
