I love the community and the location but I was a bit disappointed with all of the ongoing construction projects which began shortly after I moved in. Also I hope that you all will consider my recommendations for the media room (dark blinds/shades for all windows, switch dimmers and consolidated less complicated remotes

I would like to say Larry is so professional he is so kind & helpful I’m so happy he is our maintenance staff! What ever the problem is he takes care of it! Excellent Service Person!

I really love my neighbors most of us are like family I’m really thankful for that. We play games go out to eat go to the movies we laugh & really enjoy each others company. That is what makes it here at the Lake’s the best!

Community staff is very helpful and friendly. Help to keep residents informed about what is happening on the property.

2nd floor in my hallway there have been 2 dead cockroaches, are the hallways checked daily? When I moved in I asked about the people and I was told it was a “good mix”. It’s not. The contractors working on the building was a solid month of saws, hammers etc,

Community has everything you need. Totally enjoyed my short time living there. My occupation demands me to be away from home for months at a time and it no longer was advantageous for me financially.

I was away from my apartment during this icy weather and had left my faucets dripping as requested. When It was recently requested to report any leakage issues, I needed someone check my apartment. This was done quickly per my request.
