The first issue I had was the "Sugar Ant infestation. They could not correct the issue. They had 6 visits with 2 different exterminators. The ants were still there. The solution was for me to move to a different apartment at my expense. With no discount in fact my rent increased. I have asked for the stairwell to be cleaned and properly lighted. for basically 6 months.. That has not been done. I use the stairs instead of the elevator. Because they are closer to my apartment. And I need the exercise. Management has told me that they can't be cleaned. That is incorrect. My brother had a pressure washing business and kept the Telephone company garages. You can definitely clean cement with the pressure washer and the correct chemicals. They definitely could have corrected the lighting issue. It is still darker that the other stairwells. The repairs that were to be 2 - 3 weeks has lasted almost 3 months. Someone of them is living in my attic. I have a tax business and the noise has lingered. I moved downstairs to the Board room and was asked to return to my apartment that they were through. That was not correct. They are still beating and knocking, hammering, sawing.. . We were given a $100 discount off of my $2200+ rent and a grab bag. For the trouble that is still going on. The events are fine and I attend some of them when I can. The food and snacks served could be of better quality. And the games & give aways are very cheap!! I love the location near the 360 freeway & Toll Road. And the Shopping center across the street.

I love the community and the location but I was a bit disappointed with all of the ongoing construction projects which began shortly after I moved in. Also I hope that you all will consider my recommendations for the media room (dark blinds/shades for all windows, switch dimmers and consolidated less complicated remotes

All the residents we’ve met and the staff are so nice and welcoming. We look forward to more adventures here!!

I would like to say Larry is so professional he is so kind & helpful I’m so happy he is our maintenance staff! What ever the problem is he takes care of it! Excellent Service Person!

I really love my neighbors most of us are like family I’m really thankful for that. We play games go out to eat go to the movies we laugh & really enjoy each others company. That is what makes it here at the Lake’s the best!

Community staff is very helpful and friendly. Help to keep residents informed about what is happening on the property.

I feel the charges for garage service is excessive.

2nd floor in my hallway there have been 2 dead cockroaches, are the hallways checked daily? When I moved in I asked about the people and I was told it was a “good mix”. It’s not. The contractors working on the building was a solid month of saws, hammers etc,
