I have been unable to use my balcony about 5-6 months

Larry came over fixed my garbage disposal and it didn't take long great just.

My mother quickly adjusted from living into a single family home to her apartment. We as a Family feel very comfortable with the security of the apartment building, the cleanliness of the entire complex and attention the staff give when She/ family have a concern. Rental Agent was very helpful and kind.

Upon moving into my apartment there were small issues of the apartments upkeep. Tami S . has been above amazing and accommodating with correcting the issues bought to her attention. Christine was also very helpful.

Larry was able to correct my issue with my HVAC system. TY

I’ve only been privy to seeing the apt virtually, and not in person. And all that entailed was just the model & not the actual interior of it apt. So my response is based on what I saw. However, as a current resident of the Sparrow community in Georgetown TX 55 plus community, my trust & confidence of the community at your location, remain strong in the Grand Prairie community.

Everyone, from leasing and maintenance staff to the residents, hax been wonderful. I want to express my appreciation for Christine who made the initial process of leasing stress-free. Also, I want to express my appreciation for Herson in maintenance for his professionalism and care he showed in identifying source of a leak in my kitchen and addressing the problem.

I had a request for pest control (ants), this has been going on for a few months. I stated in my request that I wanted to be home to discuss other options and the request was ignored, the guy entered my apartment and I still have ants on the kitchen island and in the bathroom. Very disappointed that this cannot be fixed.
