I thought that this was a 55+ community, but there are a lot of adults here that are not 55. Pest control is average at best, need a different strategy or vendor. Community is great when staff are present in office but things change when office is closed. Children running, non-residents using common facilities without resident being present. Just my observations.

So far the only negative thing was the minor inconvenience of having part of the electronic system failing after the previous ice storm in which we could not open the main door and the drive through gate was out also. Other than that is it's been a joy being here, all the staff are pleasant to talk to, Ms Senior is the greatest, and the location to so many retail outlets and restaurants is the best.

I love the craft events which are usually well done. I feel great that I can go to Tami and Christine whenever I have a concern. The only complaint I is the problem with packages and delivery on weekends and after hours. I wish there was an alternative.

I just was so happy Larry got right on my repair of my air conditioning he is the absolute best! We as a community are really fortunate that he is here. He is so kind I just love him😊

The gates were often broken and left open for several days at a time. Also, the work on the building due to "settling" was a long drawn-out process. The work was stopped for extended periods of time with the scaffolding left up. Not only was it unsightly but in some instances blocked my use of my attached garage.

What I first moved here my neighbor did not have a camera she does now and I am watched every time I open my door I feel very uneasy about this I’m told it’s normal

Nestor always does a great job fixing what’s broken! Very friendly, personable and experienced.

There’s rust on the stones at the back side of the pool area and running on to the sidewalk.

Tami provided our tour and she was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. Tami maintained an inviting attitude and answered all questions diligently. It was nice to see my name on the welcome easel. Tami has exceptional customer service skills and kept in contact with me ensuring that any questions or concerns were answered. My tour at The Lakes at Grand Prairie was the best out of the three 55+ apartments I toured. Looking forward to moving in soon.

I am a people person which means I enjoy others as part of my life. I am very active in my life with church, Bible study, book club. I also house/pet sit for friends while on vacation.I do have some physical limitations which makes heavy doors and gates challenging.
