1) wasp nests never removed from 3rd floors around complex - buzzed and attacked for 2 months around back door and side entrances2) community printer cartridge never replaced - still prints low quality2) construction rent discount removed for Dec?Why? Work still ongoing and bricklayers leave debris in path of our garage and has blown debris into our garageAll concerns are connected to fees we pay every month.Thank you

The leak continues until today ( 2 weeks after moving in). It was explained to me that a new pipe will have to be ordered, if the leak continues. I submitted another maintenance request on November 27th.

Larry our Maintenance person is so kind & always handles all requests professionally & in a timely manner! So Thankful for him! He definitely is an asset to Our Community!

I feel present tenants should also receive incentives to renew leases.

It was for pest control and I was not here. They did however leave a note that they had completed it. It’s seems better. Thank you

When I moved in I was not aware that scaffolding would be in my yard for months rendering my yard unusable. I was very disappointed and had to have to movers put everything into my storage closet.

I think that each shower should have something for seniors to hold on to if balance is off, and the carpet in hall and stairwell should be cleaned up more often, spraying each apartment monthly just for cautionary reasons, other than that I'm happy with my living here at the Lakes at Grand Prairie, thanks to all the staff.
