Too close to hwy noisy at night especially on the weekends

The best maintenance team on this side of town. ;) They have been very proactive, eager to solve problems, and prioritize urgent requests. So far, the teamwork and collaboration with the staff have been great. I really do appreciate the prompt attention to the requests. Thank you for the service.

Water pressure is weak even after changing out shower head and hot water isn’t very hot.Just put in a request to adjust hot water heater.

I made a big move to Texas two years ago. I am just getting adjusted living in Texas. So, I don't plan on moving now. I am grateful that I am not overwhelmed by the scents in the building anymore. I was listening to, and the scents were lowered. I did not expect this problem, but I keep to my apartment when needed. Also, the manger was very helpful with fascinating the noise level above me. Overall, I enjoy my apartment.

I just moved in and I have been enjoying it so far.

It would be nice if a small note was left in apartment after work is completed.

The maintenance came again to redo my request. This time it looks like it is going g to work. I cannot see the outside so hopefully insects cannot enter my apartment.
