I am NOT a craft and arts person. I would like to see a resource person to answer questions, demonstrate, and be helpful as to our devices at least once per month. I would like to see someone provide information as to finance matters; something simple.

Great community and facilities with comparable prices

We really liked the apartment and the general manager who gave us the tor was awesome but the price was a little to much for the one bedroom we looked at when apartment in the surrounding area would give us more space for the same price.

SALVADOR was excellent. He was extremely, polite and knowledgeable. He answered my questions in a very polite way. He is an excellent tour guide. I was impressed with the property and all that it offered for its tenants. I am very much interested in The Lakes.

Since I've moved into this location, I've been pleased with the facility itself as well as the office and maintenance staff. I have recommended The Lakes whenever the subject comes up of someone seeking a place to move to.

I am monumentally upset in regards to the guest/visitors policies, especially in relation to non-resident children using the courtyard and pool with no building resident in sight. There are often children running wild, screaming constantly (not laughing - screaming), and hammering the equipment and shoving each other into the pool. Sometimes there are non-resident parents (too young to be residents) and sometimes not, but they either scream along with the children or ignore the behavior. On warm days or weekends, the screaming starts at 11:00 am and goes until 8:00 pm without pause. The courtyard feels like an all day free daycare or nursery for non-resident children. If we must put up with non-resident children, can't there be some kind of limit of 20 minutes per day for non-residents under 21? Why am I being asked to pay dearly for an apartment, for an all day free daycare for these non-resident children?

I had my tour with Salvador. He was wonderful very attentive showed me all the amenities and I just enjoyed the people that I met there. They were very friendly as though they knew me for years and I felt very comfortable. I love love love all the amenities and love the pool.
