I feel present tenants should also receive incentives to renew leases.

It was for pest control and I was not here. They did however leave a note that they had completed it. It’s seems better. Thank you

I was very happy with the way this request was done. No more wasp and the cabinet was fixed and both in a timely manner.

The pest control is excellent so far. I see no more pest.

When I moved in I was not aware that scaffolding would be in my yard for months rendering my yard unusable. I was very disappointed and had to have to movers put everything into my storage closet.

I think that each shower should have something for seniors to hold on to if balance is off, and the carpet in hall and stairwell should be cleaned up more often, spraying each apartment monthly just for cautionary reasons, other than that I'm happy with my living here at the Lakes at Grand Prairie, thanks to all the staff.

Completed quickly and efficiently.

Service request are always done in a timely manner.Thank you.
