They tried their best tonight some residents were really rude to the servers and they was trying the best they could everyone was super early and I know they can't start serving till 430

Kim, the second floor nurse, had to take our order servers maci and Mary were working harder not smarter. We sit at table of 8 women most are promptly there at 4:30But not acknowledged, Dustin had mentioned at our resident council meeting he would like responses, we spent 1 1/2 hours talking kitchen and food. Nothings changed. Service was horrible until the unit nurse volunteered her time to help out. Food was great, when we came into dining room there were 5 residents seated service should not take as long as it does and servers shouldn't raise voices.
