I have contributed as a volunteer and have enjoyed all of the occasions with the staff and the residents. I like that the activity times are convenient to me and the staff are flexible with the days/times that I have available.Maybe incorporate questions that involve my interactions with the residents and how the company can help me improve or grow in that area.
