I have contributed as a volunteer and have enjoyed all of the occasions with the staff and the residents. I like that the activity times are convenient to me and the staff are flexible with the days/times that I have available.Maybe incorporate questions that involve my interactions with the residents and how the company can help me improve or grow in that area.

Upgrade the transportation for the residents to get to and from appointments more comfortably.

What areas are priority for improvement.The residents and the snacks.

Nothing I can think of.The residents is my favorite part of the place. And my coworkers are all so nice.
