I have definitely seen a good improvement of the grounds up keep with the new management team. My only recommendation would be gate fob instead of punching in the access code.My only negative comment. Is we have a lot of people come and use our pool and gym that do not live at our apartments. Leaving a mess behind them especially in the pool area. As a resident I tend to avoid the pool in the summer because of the crowd.

My car was towed AFTER I registered info on my car (tow co is not responding to my email) & I moved in Mar 28 STILL do not have washer/ dryer

The gentleman that came to address my repairs was very polite and informed me of everything that was needed to fix the issue. He left everything very clean and I am very pleased with the work that was done. He is definitely an asset to your team!!!

Hello I was not able to do walk through so there were a few things that were wrong . I submitted work order .

Very cozy and had a lot of convenient things nearby. You guys were super helpful with maintenance requests as they were handles very quickly. If I wasn’t having to move for work, we’d definitely stay a while longer! Thank you guys for the wonderful year living here. This was my first apartment with the woman I proposed to the day we moved in here! So I’ll always have a wonderful memory here. Once again thank you!!!!!!!
