Luis was very efficient, kind and respectful! He completed the apartment request quickly.

The customer service guy Izsar was very very extremely extraordinary. He has amazing customer service. And the tge gentleman who answer when he wasnt there was amazing as well.

He was very fast and knowledgeable.

A pest control request was made prior to 7/10 through the online portal, pest control did not show up.

The manager lady is honestly very rude but everyone else is sweet and very professional.

The Faucet in the kitchen is still leaking.

Trash doesn’t get picked up on weekendsEmergency maintenance voice mail is always full and can never get a hold of someone.Came home late from work one night at 11pm had to unclog water built up in ac unit MYSELF just so it can turn on..Doors coming off its hinges, bunch of bugs since summer time, outdated appliances, etc..And now since y’all updated stupid cable policy, I have to pay more to watch espn.Paying way too much to live here.They let anyone and everyone in at the pool.Very low/mid level living satisfactionI can go & on

It was only going issue that didn’t get resolved until someone got sick.
