Izar was very knowledgeable and helpful and very patient while showing me available appartments and answering any questions I had.. Finally I applied and got approved and I was so happy that I get to finally come home where I was born and raised. I moved to Houston for 52 years to raise my children and now it’s my dream. The people in the leasing office are rude and just after your money. This is the most ghetto apartment I have EVER lived in!!! Nothing luxury about it. The people in the office you want to slap because they don’t have any people skills once u become a resident.

No honestly love the area and the workers there makes me feel at home 🤎

Just to make sure everything is up and ready

I have enjoyed my time living at The Landings. I am likely to renew my lease depending on on renewal incentives. If I could make a suggestion, it would be that repairs need to be made to the pin that is on the standing pull down cable machine.

Unfortunately you all don’t work low income and my son would be moving in with me but does not have a good credit score and an eviction so doesn’t work
