I have enjoyed my time living at The Landings. I am likely to renew my lease depending on on renewal incentives. If I could make a suggestion, it would be that repairs need to be made to the pin that is on the standing pull down cable machine.

Maintenance had to return for a second visit because when the batteries were replaced in 2 smoke detectors, one wasn’t reset and started chirping at 5am this morning. I am currently waiting on a replacement smoke detector because one was faulty and needed to be replaced. Maintenance does not have extra on hand so I will have to wait for a new one to come in. Extras should be kept on hand since this is a decent size complex and smoke detectors need to be replaced.
