I wish there was a bulletin board for renters so that we could reach others - eg.anyone like to go to the casino ? anyone like to join up for walks ? anyone like to join a watch-party for a certain show ?I don't smoke , so it's not easy to make friends in the building . With a bulletin board we could find others with similar interests .

Just it's a great place to live and very polite people.

Overall I am quite happy with my time living at the Laurier. I have no major concerns aside from lack of amenities like a gym/rec room and the rent price compared to similar units and or buildings in the immediate area. I have shown some friends who were looking at the area, ny unit which they liked but the rent price is what turned them away.The management and maintenance staff are above par and very quick to deal with any concerns I have had.

Would like rent to go down .

Keep up the efficiency and great customer care

Angelo is excellent. As a senior tenant I feel that I’m treated well and supported throughout my time here. The work is done really well, timely and efficiently. This has been the best rental experience I have had.
