You have a real treasure in Angelo. He explained to me what he was doing and allowed me to feel the difference in air flow coming into my apartment. Hopefully it will make a difference in dust coming into.

I was impressed how quickly someone was dispatched to stop my smoke detector low battery from beeping especially since it was 3am. he was quick, courteous and even wiped the floor where it had put the ladder.

Angelo is very friendly and very good at what he does ….

There should be a way for residents to communicate with other residents . eg. a bulletin board

There could be some communication to tenants about being respectful to your neighbours, be aware of noises that we make.

Great place . However A little expensive now, the people are friendly and the staff are very nice and very helpful. Regards peter #405

There is a resident in the building that continuously bullys and harrasses other residents. She has even physically assaulted 2 residents including myself unprovoked. The police have been involved a number of times. This resident still currently resides in the building, one of the residents that have been bullied, harrassed and assaulted had to move. Make it make sense! I do not feel safe and secure in the building at all times like I should.... especially for what I pay.

The work was completed , but the result wasn't satisfying .
