Sending in the request late Friday night I didn’t expect it to be done on the weekend so I thought I’d be waiting till Monday so I’m extremely impressed and thankful that it was completed the next day.

Angelo is a great asset to your team. He is so pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Window frame in the master bedroom was measured 3 different times by Chinook Glass.Then a memo saying carpet measurements was sent stating the measurements would be done on January 8th, 2026.Chinook glass showed up, and replaced the window frame and left debris on the bed, their canvas, and the blinds disassembled on the bed. A request was made for maintenance to put the blinds back into place. Maintenance informed me that new blinds were needed due to measurement issues. No time table was given.

Rent cost.

It’s so unfortunate that a renewal person cannot avail running offer of one month rent free for a full year lease where new tenants can avail.I am more happy to continue but request to consider my proposal

Everything was lovely and I very much appreciate the time and detail staff put into my move in. The only (very small) disappointment I had in moving in is that when I toured the suite I had expressed how much I loved the brown floors and beige walls and how different that was from other rentals who in my opinion over modernize. Unfortunately when the suite was repainted prior to my move in, they changed the colour of the walls to grey. Again, a very small issue and I love my new home, but I was surprised that this was not communicated especially given my earlier comments of admiration.

My movers had a hard time keeping the elevator door open when trying to load & unload items. They requested an elevator key to keep the door open. I advised that this is the only elevator for the building. It took a very long time to get my contents up & into my suite. Maybe there could be a fix the next time someone is moving in or out.

The rent increases are outrageous. As a single person it's a LOT of money. I moved here in 2022 and my rent was $1899. I just got my lease renewal today and the rent is now $2182. Thats a 15% increase. $283 a month more in 3 years.

Our maintenance guy, Angelo, is amazing! Very prompt with repairs, and does an excelent job. He is super friendly.. nice to see him aroind the building and property. Always says hello. 5 stars for Angelo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Email correspondence with the main office has been excellent as well. Very prompt, friendly, and helpful. Also 5 starsC
