The laundry room needs some updating

I would recommend making the portal for the lease easier to navigate. I had some issues trying to help my girlfriend and myself get on the lease. Aside from that, the staff at this apartment have been very friendly and always eager to help make my unit more comfortable. I am very grateful to start my new life at this Minto Apartment. And I recommend anyone just starting to live on their own to chose Minto.

I have never experienced an apartment so uncomfortably hot all winter long - from the first day the heat went on in October. It’s required us to have the windows open constantly and has led to dry and uncomfortable air. It’s also incredibly wasteful given your focus on sustainability.

The only amenities the building has is the laundry room, and it doesn’t have enough machines, and regularly closed due to many C issues.Security is not managed here whatsoever. People will prop doors open, and even if we close them they do it again. I’ve lived here for 13 years and never had to deal with theft but. In the last 6 months I have had 2 packages stolen. As a mom to.a newborn I rely heavily on deliveries right now. When I reported it to resident services they just said to call the cops. Why should I burden life savings services over this? The building should do more, atleast investigate and penalize the person if they’re a resident if you can see them on camera.About more police presence at the building now too, I guess we’re letting in a lot more unsavoury people. I don’t think I’ll be staying here much longer, which is a shame.

Thanks for everything! You can remove the paid-parking at the visitors area at the back. This is not really acceptable.
