I'm very pleased with the new kitchen counter top. The previous one was quite old, had a crack, and the pair console between the fridge and the stove was missing pieces. The contractors replaced them and cleaned the area afterwards. I later reported the need to fix the wall because it requires a painter to remove the previous rim that was on top of the old countertop and now there is a gap.

When I moved in, the elevator was not working. The unit was dirty, extremely cold, and had a bad odor. The heater in the unit was not functioning. The building management should inspect the unit prior to a tenant’s arrival to ensure everything is in working order and that the unit is properly cleaned

New laundry machines needed

the work was not completed. Actually they didn't even read my request.I am asking for the request to be REOPENED

Winter sidewalk clearing and salting typically too long after snowfall event; may be "same day" if you include after dark and before midnight. Driveway snow removal somewhat better. Snow removal is pickup truck with blade on front but no salt spreader. Not safe. Laundry room continues to be a well-documented disappointment. Main entrance door does not always close and lock. Needs attention to lock at door frame. On site property management staff work very hard. More to say but no space.

Hot water pressure in kitchen and bathroom is weak. Pipes scream and vibrate when tenants turn on the water in bathrooms

In previous rentals, after so many years (ex. 5 years) the landlord would repaint the walls and/or refinish/polish the parquet wood floors for normal maintenance and protection. The resident had an option to decline if they were planning on leaving within the following year, but at least it was offered for long-term residents after 5-yr residency. I think there should be something like this still. Residents don't have the tools & chemicals for parquet floors, for example. It would be nice.

We are quite happy with our apartment. We wish that it could be updated.( kitchen, painting, etc.)

I had an emergency in Christmas Eve, the faucet in my bathtub, plastic faucet, broke. I would not be able to take bath or shower if Stephen would not come at my emergency call request. Luckily he had the parts and my faucet got fixed. Thank you
