I had an emergency in Christmas Eve, the faucet in my bathtub, plastic faucet, broke. I would not be able to take bath or shower if Stephen would not come at my emergency call request. Luckily he had the parts and my faucet got fixed. Thank you

The super did his best with the tools he had to fix the door, however the door won't close unless you lift it or open the adjacent door and close both at the same time. I'd like a follow up to properly fix the cabinet door, please.I appreciate the super needs to come during his availability, however, although I informed the office to avoid certain times because of work meetings (I work from home) my message was ignored and the super came during my meeting, even though I offered many options.

The cabinet door came off its track. This was fixed, but the door is stuck and doesn't open and close properly.
