I live in apartment number 3206. I would love to be able to sat on my balcony and look out at the cars, people but the tree limbs is taking over my balcony. To understand me is I'm a longer and I love to sat on my balcony and read my Bible, etc.

I like living here, however I would like to see at least a small reduction in the monthly rental rate, especially for those who choose to renew. I would also enjoy more than that a one-day notice concerning pest control services.Although the maintenance team has always been 100% courteous and cooperative, I have one maintenance issue that remains unaddressed since March and another that may have been functionally repaired (I can't exactly tell) but not cosmetically repaired. There are two other cosmetic repairs that remain unaddressed. I also made a landscape request involving the liarope (plants) that border my walkway. The landscapers should have cropped off last season's remnants before this season's growth began, which they did not. Thus, the new growth began amidst all the old brown/gold/dead growth from last season. Unfortunately, when I requested the crew cut out all the old growth to allow the new to flourish, they, instead, butchered the plants, which will not recover this season.The front office staff are lovely, professional, always pleasant, and helpful; their communications are good via both email and text. The overall campus looks good all the time. Although I don't participate in any of the activities, there seems to be plenty for everyone. The security here is quite good. The community is quiet, friendly, and, for what appears to be the most part, everyone is cooperative and follows the rules, which are completely reasonable.

The tour was great, love the amenities, the current tenants seemed friendly and the community appeared to be very diverse.

Dionna has been very helpful, attentive, and she goes above and beyond for residents. Deanne is also helpful - they are a great, welcoming team.

I am unable to increase the maximum on the payment page. I selected 2338but actually needed 11 more dollar and cannot set the max at 2350.
