The maintenance person could not solve the issue but gave us some advice
•
Rent cheaper for same or better quality of life in other communities . Also fees and add ons to rent are to expensive for Sqft in apartments. Garage's not accessable to apartments. Assigned garage to far from apartment. Rent Too high and not enough to choose from in area.

The dishwasher is working now sometimes. The dishwqsher soap compartment does not close as it did before it was worked on. I have to put the soap in the bottom of the dishwasher to dissolve in the water.

Every time I shower, brush my teeth, or wash dishes, I hear loud knocking coming from the pipes, it knocks all day and night. Every nerve racking.

Everything is great at The Luxe, rent is a bit high., don’t understand when you move into another apartment, there are transfer fees, it should be waived especially when you have good rent history..

Kevin, the lead maintenance/repair guru is an exceptional individual. He is a true jack of all trades repair person, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. A definite keeper for this complex!
