What I don’t understand are the rules regarding bulk trash pickup. For example, I’ve been told that even broken-down large boxes cannot be placed out for collection because the service company will not pick them up, yet they will take a picture to charge an additional fee if they are left out with the trash.I recently moved in and, like most new residents, I have a number of boxes to dispose of. It’s confusing and frustrating that I am already paying for regular trash service but would need to pay an additional service just to remove something as common as moving boxes. That doesn’t seem very practical.I would appreciate any recommended options for disposing of these types of items at no charge to me.

The request was received properly with the response that someone would respond shortly. They did not, I had to call to find out what the problem was. Then maintenance was notified and came out and fixed the problem. The request was sent at 7am but the service was not completed until after 10am on an emergency request.

The maintenance person could not solve the issue but gave us some advice

Rent cheaper for same or better quality of life in other communities . Also fees and add ons to rent are to expensive for Sqft in apartments. Garage's not accessable to apartments. Assigned garage to far from apartment. Rent Too high and not enough to choose from in area.

Herson completed my request promptly and efficiently as he always does. Never had any complaints after his job completions.
