Response was very quick

Keep up the great work.

Repair was performed in a timely manner. AC / Heating unit is working well.

Replacement order for damaged cooktop submitted.

I found a small spider just inside the screen the following morning after the screen was supposed to be fixed we like to sleep with the windows cracked. The screen still has a tiny space and is night tight and snug like a screen should be. We can't let the guess bedroom windows up until this is fixed. We don't have this problem in the Master Bedroom

I still have one left to work on, but that one is scheduled, otherwise, excellent as usual.🤗

Excellent service.

cable and Internet service should be optional. Car space should be included in rent. Should be more garage space available

I wish the back patio of my villa was more usable. Can’t even put a chair on the concrete. Also no linen closet in the master bathroom is very inconvenient.
