Unfortunately, your facility does not offer what I thought it would. The rent is also more than what was told to me. Apartment is too dark, and the lighting is too dark. I had requested to remove the low light bulbs and replace with brighter lamps, but the office says that is not an option and purchasing lamps is a no no because any additional items plugged into the wall plugs causes black outs. I wanted to speak with some one but you choose to use text.

Good, annoyed with surveys

I was not home so, I can't rate the maintenance technician. However, my sink was done perfectly

The parking is an issue. Flats that have two cars take away spots. Handicapped spaces should be assigned. I have noted cars that have placards parking but noted not a resident. Also folks parking over the fire lane marking could be a potential problem. I also note many folks parking over the sidewalk. This could be a problem for folks walking with limited mobility. I will be happy to give parking lessons . lol. Just look at your car’s position as you leave. Easy as that

David was very efficient and knowledgeable in the repair of our air conditioner. He went out of his way to put a portable AC unit in the apartment until he could get the central air fixed. He is a blessing to our community.

This is the first 55+ community and it has been very pleasant. All expectations talked about at lease signing were met or exceeded.Alysha Beck has been very helpful when ever we address a concern.
