I really don't have but one comment. Someone on the 2nd floor close to my apartment. Sounds like they are dropping a heavy object several times nearly everyday between 2:30 & 4pm. Other than that everything is great!

I am very happy living here. The office staff is amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. There’s nothing they can’t you with. I’m always impressed with their kindness. Maintenance is also very important and good at getting the job done in a timely manner. The custodian keeps the building in very good condition. It’s so inviting. I’m totally satisfied with living here.

Always timely maintenance requests. David is very nice, does a very good job & very professional with his maintenance services. The Resident Portal is a great help. Appreciative of all the staff here & all the help they give.

Holiday weekend delayed addressing the issue

My only concern is with how to enter facility after business hours, i.e. deliveries, visitors, etc. My overall experience is exactly what I had expected when I visited The Luxe At Rowlett in 2024. I’m still not up to speed on the process for paying monthly rent using the RentCafe app.!! Overall I am very pleased and excited to be a resident of The Luxe At Rowlett. Thank You.
