Dave arrived shortly after I submitted my requests. He explained the duct system in every room, took temps in all of the rooms, and offered feedback on how I could get my master bedroom and bath warmer. He made changes to the vents in the other rooms to assure a stronger flow in my master bed and bath. Dave also suggested I leave my closet doors open in the bathroom.Within a couple hours I noticed a temp change throughout my apartment. The temps outside have dropped in the past few days but after the changes made, my master bed and bath are quite warmer.I appreciated Dave displaying compassion, knowledge, and patience.
