I am content here. When I decided this would be my home, it has not been a disappointmentsed. So happy with the people, cleanliness and safety. When I have a question, it is addressed immediately.

Great regard for Alysha. Promises of regular communication’s meetings by RM have not occurred. Way too much reliance on FaceBook (we don’t use).Am told that the Wednesday mtgs have occasionally been used for this purpose, but there is no pre communication to announce this intention. There should be one mtg/month that is used as a communication mtg. This is not rocket science.We like our apartment and your willingness to provide an openness to lease renewal requests. We will have a few this time around. Maintenance (David) is a plus.The Spectrum changes were a disaster despite all of Alysha’s efforts. Where was the RM and corporate support. This was a real miss.I am unclear of how this survey will be used. When the RM shared with me 18 months ago that he and other RM’s fell short of fulfilling their role in them, I was flabbergasted. Does leadership review and act on these surveys?Finally, what does success look like. Keep Alysha and find her an effective and stable assistant. Way too many misses in the past. Provide her effective development and leadership, so she continues to grow. The status quo should not be good enough.Look to the approach and climate that existed when we moved in 4 years ago. Your future success model can be found there.

I plan to stay at the Luxe as long as rent cost is reasonable and my health permits me to be here.

Great community. Need to enforce issues with residents to pick up after their pets; could use better landscaping all around the property; grass issues in my yard; need sod and leveling.

I wish there were a bigger area for sitting with dog or maybe a couple of benches on the Dalrock side of the complex next to fence. to sit.
