Timely and courteous as always. David is superior

Fast and clean

The response timenratong was because I sent a followup inquiry before service personnel sent. Not so inthe past.I disagree with assessment. The windows need reglazing and door may need rehang. Adding fill at base made upper part of door stock? I had to climb ladder and pry open to go on patio. That evidenced the off hang or warp of door over time.Doors and openings show ageing. The repairmans is aways cordial.. I'm not sure of how much capacity he has to operate in reporting and addressing issues.Unclear what preventative maintenance program consist of

The Luxe of Rowlett is a wonderful community! Wonderful staff and wonderful neighbors! I will miss it. I absolutely loved living there but I do have health issues and decided it was best to move in with my son in Ft Worth. I needed to be close to my family and Rowlett was too far from them.

Faucet repaired promptly and neatly

David is always professional, knowledgeable and thorough!! We appreciate him so much.

I am content here. When I decided this would be my home, it has not been a disappointmentsed. So happy with the people, cleanliness and safety. When I have a question, it is addressed immediately.
