Management and Janitor did not prepare the new unit, heating is not working, outlets in kitchen not working, a whole list of other items was NOT addressed, and on top Janitor is not handling resolution of heating issue with the priority it needs. A very disappointing experience. We signed the lease, but will not recommend the community due to poor management.

Cecelia walked through with me and looked at everything and asked questions. She also communicated the one thing I would be charged for and how much. I felt like that was very transparent. She even told me I could expect the deposit back in a week. It was a great experience and I appreciate how easy it all was. Also, my experience at the property was great. Steven was always great to work with and took care of things quickly. The only issue was the previous maintenance supervisor. However, he is no longer there. I enjoyed living
