Madison at Town Center property is very appealing! Beautiful grounds and very clean! Love, love, love it!

The leasing associate is incredible and very helpful made our visit worthwhile and well pleasing

Overall, I enjoy living here. I like the proximity to stores and restaurants and to my job.I wish the elevators were both working at the same time on a more consistent basis. The washer, dryer, dishwasher and HVAC system are older, more outdated models. As a result, they run louder than I’m used to. Should take your turkey sandwich. Oh never mind.

Staffs and maintaining teams are very efficient. Wish tenants do better to keep clean their parking area.

The grounds are not kept clean

Really like improved Security. It’s quieter than ever however, one of the elevators has broken and not repaired for a month now the main elevator is broken. In addition our trash pick up only occurs six out of 10 times and they removed the second floor garbage can on the entryway to the building. It seems really petty because it was the workers fault that the garbage can was filling up with the first place because they would go a week or two without emptying it now that the door to the trash bin is locked and not being repaired sometimes just getting rid of trash is kind of a big issuethat it doesn’t need to be. It would also be amazing if they could continue to heat the pool if they’re worried about cost of the pool, maybe the HOA and the apartment people need to invest in a pool cover

Management and Janitor did not prepare the new unit, heating is not working, outlets in kitchen not working, a whole list of other items was NOT addressed, and on top Janitor is not handling resolution of heating issue with the priority it needs. A very disappointing experience. We signed the lease, but will not recommend the community due to poor management.
