If it wasn't for Mrs.Jennifer at 7120 The Mark we would've been evicted along time ago but she loves her Tenants .Long as you are upfront about your finances situation. Just keep her aware of what is going on.I recommend 7120The Mark if you are looking for a place to call home..Mrs.Jennifer is AWESOME!!!
