When I first moved in mold and took weeks to fix also heat was broken in winter then when it became summer I didn’t have ac all summer then the door barely closes and lets in all time of cold wind and bugs. Recently I’ve had a flood in laundry room and they never even cleaned up the mess they made with the roof. Last but not least my entire bathroom looked like a storm inside from water coming from upstairs and not a single thing was done, my shower mats were ruined and roof looks terrible and yet no one fixed anything. And after all this I’ve never been compensated back or anything they just say they will handle it and nothing ever gets handled.

It's been decent despite the a/c unit going out. Maintenance was on it.

Smooth transition

My experience have been great at the mark @riverdale I haven’t really had a bad experience the community is awesome it’s peaceful and quiet throughout the day and night you never see anyone really have call police out here that good.people in office are awesome they do a very good job take care of their residents at the mark @ Riverdale

It was a great experience the leasing agent got very informative and was pleasant.

Ms. Daniella is awesome. Treated me with upmost respect.

It’s a great first apartment, however the renovations are cheap and show in the apartment. They try to keep up with all they have. They phones work half the time sometimes it’s best to just go up there. In the summer the pool is still yet to be open. It’s a great place to stay if it’s your first place it’s in the middle you’re still close to the city.

It was a long process to complete for move in...NOT because of the staff. It was a hold up with Jonesboro Housing Inspection. I absolutely love the service and the warm welcome to the community. Kwame was AWESOME and soooooo professional. Kwame even took this time to write kind words on the welcome card. Let's not forget Daniella the manager. She made sure the atmosphere was very hospitable. I really love my new ho.e for my new beginning....my new journey in life. I'm grateful 🙏

Kwame, Daniella, and AJ have worked/are working hard to ensure my move is smooth and I appreciate them so much. They have been nothing short go professional, intentional, and supportive with staying on top of communication with me with my work order resolutions and getting me settled in. They are the BEST. They deserve the recognition for their work ethic and attentiveness to building personable and meaningful relationships with their residents because that speaks volumes.
