Mostly I would recommended but sometimes I would not recommended due to sometimes we found roaches in this apartment. I know homeless stay right next to the park is not Medici’s problem but it’s very hard to recommend to my friends to come. From the park, bad smells and we found lots of mice in the park due to so dirty outside near by homeless stay

The Maintenace of the building is excellent, the Assistant Manager, Ms. Garcia is very responsive to any of my requests and is very professional.

The maintenance personnel in Medici became much more fast responding than before , I live here for 2 years and it’s became much better .
