Michael P was such a great help on my move in day and his energy was amazing as well. He toured the premises with me and made sure I knew where my parking spot and mailbox were and he also made sure I knew how to work all of the equipment such as keys and gate opener before sending me on my way and I really appreciated the extra time and customer service he provided. If I know anyone looking to move here I would definitely recommend him as their move in liaison.

Great place, easy move in

Technician was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the refrigerator is beyond repair

Our move in coordinator was great, he was nice and showed us everything. The security guard was very rude for no reason. The elevator key wasn’t working properly, you have to move it a bit to get it to work. But we’re excited!

Maybe i wasn't clear enough to inform about location for the service. But i clearly mentioned that Knob needs to be fixed for water purifier, so i assumed person knows about it is for Kitchen not for Bathroom.
