I placed the maintenance request on 11/16/2023. I have called and personally visited Resident Services only to be told twice that he is waiting on maintenance to give him and update and that he will let me know when that happens. It is now 11/21/2023 and I still have not heard anything from Resident Services or Maintenance. Having a working dishwasher is very important for me.

Actually my suggestion was not a maintenance request. I tried writing about the broken garage door and the excessive fire alarms and got no response other than "completed." I wrote an email to management I think but never heard back from that either. Just a quick "thank you" or some short response would be appreciated. I do not mean to sound ungrateful I love this place but some things are a little disappointing. I know it is a big place and and grateful for what you are trying to do. I support with my prayer and any other was I can!
