Rent is reasonable, grounds are great, love the tall 9 foot ceiling and interior court balcony

Would recommend because of the proximity to downtown, good amenities, with parking, friendly neighborhoods/tenants within and very helpful staffs/employees of Medici.

The maintenance guys are THE BEST! Medici is elegant and I enjoy the amenities except for one thing. The gardeners from “Four seasons landscapers” are using loud and toxic gas powered leaf blowers on property that have been illegal to use in LA since Feb 13, 1998 [ordinance, Los Angeles, municipal code (LAMC) section 112.04(C)]. I seem to have rotten timing because whenever I’m outside for a walk at the park, I have to leave because of the noise and toxic pollution it fills the park with, and it literally makes me ill. So much for my “healthy” walks 1st thing in the morning. I moved from Palm Springs and the gardeners all used electric blowers and trimmers which were awesome. The law is followed there and if not, it is enforced for compliance. This should be stopped immediately as it is against the law for them to be operating their powered gas leaf blowers in LA and on Medici property. I trust the integrity of The Medici and management that something will be done to stop the use of these illegal gas leaf blowers for the sake of the health and well being of the residents and staff of The Medici. I trust Medici will enforce and abide by the LA laws set in place. One more note, I am disappointed that the whole light system for the main fountain and waterfall feature is not operating. In July, there was one light left in the fountain pool, now that’s burnt out. It would be so breathtaking to view at night, to have all the lighting back on, enhancing this lovely feature at the Medici. I want to say I’m so happy the trees were replaced at the pool and I totally love the new green cushions!. My favorite color is green and it matches my water bottle 😉 haha. The pool and hot tub temperatures are just perfect too. Big hug to Chris in maintenance. He makes things happen. All the guys in maintenance ROCK! Thank you for this opportunity to share.
