The window blind in the living was replaced but the gap at the top of bedroom door was not repaired. Can you please send someone to complete the job? Thanks

Problems are handled quickly.

The rats are still in my walls and I hear them every day/night. The pest control technician has said there are no sign of rats in my water heater closet ( near to where I hear the rats) and no holes that would cause rats to enter my apartment. However I do not consider this service request to be completed until there are no more rats in the walls, floors, ceilings. I hope Pest control continues to check on this area and determine how rats can be prevented from entering the building.
