Thank you for actually doing it this time and not just clearing out a task without fixing the problem like last time. Thank you for all your hard work although being understaffed in the maintenance department.

The maintenance person who came in on 11/10/24 was very nice and respectful. He changed everything and left everything clean.

First off, I would like to thank my leasing agent Martin Winebrenner for working so hard on my application, being friendly and personable under pressure and for being so straightforward and honest. I can't thank him enough for all his help and hard work. Thank you . Michael Polk was my moving agent and he was so professional and so willing to show me all around the apartment complex. He did a very thorough check off to make sure everything in my apartment was working and up-to-date and everything was clean. His presence alone made me feel very welcome at the Medici and I could just tell that I was going to enjoy my stay as a tenant. Thank you Medici for hiring an awesome leasing team it was a great experience.

There are stains in carpet, fridge top is not cleaned, dust on some part. Kitchen top is not cleaned.
