Very nice very quick, wish i got to see the 3 bedroom but it wasn’t available. The mill is beautiful looks like a little community that’s taken care of. Thanks for the tour the mill is definitely going to be a big consideration to move in.

Friendly place to live

Good over all. Parking biggest problem. Handicap exit out front entrance always blocked. Supposed to be handled but showed up but left never did anything. When paved did make a new ramp at end of side walk but twice as far for wife to walk with walker. Maintenance request sometimes slow. Had 2 in since june 1 and still not repaired.

The community is relatively quiet. I feel safe walking my dogs late at night. Looking forward to being able to grill and sit by the pool soon. Only complaints that I have are that the dog waste bags are frequently out for weeks on end. Parking seems to be getting more difficult with other residents bringing out their summer vehicles. And that I think there should be a community vegetable gardening space available.

Your property manager was absolutely wonderful, very hospitable and wonderful to talk to. Your AI, Markie is incredibly annoying and needs to be significantly toned down So that she is only reciprocating interactions as opposed to provoking interactions. I asked to view a unit on short notice. They were very accommodating. I asked again to come back to show my son, again they were very accommodating. I look forward to living here.
