So far so good 😊

Just moved in a day or two ago. The community is very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Neighbors are all very nice so far. And the units are so wonderful. Great storage, very nice layout, etc. We are very happy in our new home!

Parking is not the best I believe you should at least have one parking spot assigned to your apartment but besides that it's pretty nice place to call home for now

Office staff were very helpful throughout the process. Our townhome was actually clean when we moved in. A few minor things were broken but we easily put in maintenance orders for them.

I’ve only been here a short time but so far I love it! Everything is so nice. The staff are great as well.

Honda was so delightful. She showed us everything and was very thorough. She represented the Mills very professionally and spent the time we needed to help us find the perfect place for us. I am so excited to move in there hopefully and especially to have her as a new neighbor!

The staff are so helpful, polite and accommodating. The facility is clean and well organized. Parking has been available each afternoon/evening..

Customer service was amazing, model apartment was beautiful and everything was nice and extremely clean.

Love the community itself , moving in was a bit of a hassle. Our move in date got pushed back last minute which was very frustrating, but the staff has been great to work with .
