Ms. Ta'Niyah Harris made the experience very pleasant and informative.

Poor communication from building management. Entry codes to building and garage intermittently work. Elevator poorly placed and doesn’t work consistently. They won’t fix lights on 4th floor (outdoor) parking so it’s dark. All of these things translate to not feeling safe and inconvenient. Regular marijuana smells inside and outside building. No sense of community fostered by management.

My lease agreement was until April 11th, and although I actually moved out on March 28th, I was charged the full month's rent for April. I want a refund.

Conveniently located property, with W/D in unit and nice layout of the 1 BR apts.

Pierre went above and beyond for my tour. Really listening and remembering my needs, timeline, and wants! He sent a quick check in email shortly after which included every small detail I had mentioned during our meeting. It is so refreshing to feel heard!

Everything was very accessible. Pierre was awesome! He took the time and patience to answer all the questions I asked. If he didn’t know the answer, he told me he would get back with me.

Uh yeah this place is over priced and won't work with me on end my lease a little early. Like there won't be people moving in May, now I have to find someone myself to do a short term lease. So stupid. Would it kill you people to update the weight room?

We had an impromptu tour and Brittany was very receptive and knowledgeable about the buildings and amenities.
