All steps in move out were clearly communicated and reasonable.

It was a great experience living here and would recommend to anyone. Never got a refund or notice from office yet.

I moved into the community in March 2016 and I have always being a good tenant. In September 30 I was told that I was being laid off. I went to see the management team right away. I was first told that I will have to finish my lease or find someone else to finish. Then I was told that I could give a one month notice but then I will be penalized and will have to pay an extra month. I even offered to move out at any time if they could find someone but then I never heard anything. I left a message on Monday to see if I could have another day or two to clean up the place since I was given that time when I switched of apartment back in August but no one called me back. I called yesterday and talked to Christine who told me that it was not possible because the painters were coming on Wednesday. I asked her if there are new tenants moving in but she did not know. I then stopped by to talk to the management staff and I talked to Christine again explaining her that I was moving out of the country and I did not realize that it will be so time consuming this time to move out. She told me that she will talk to the manager and let me know. No one never called me back... it is a shame to be treated like that when I have always fulfilled my obligations whereas the community has not. I moved here because I thought it was safe and secure but the garage doors have never worked properly, the building doors do to even worked with the code and then I have been waiting for a sliding door to be installed and nothing until Christine told me that this door should be installed in the next few days...
