I would love it if I didn't come home to children screaming in the courtyard everyday. I am fine with the sound of children playing but screaming bloody murder for hours a day is just not needed. Gym equipment is dated and needs to be updated. More free weights and another bench.

It has a pleasant soothing ambience, calm and peaceful. It retains a sense of community and vibrant town where one can enjoy the amenities of urban living while still connected to one’s neighbors and the surrounding area.

Jazmyne was very helpful when I went in for a tour. She took her time to explain everything to me and went further by sending me additional details based on my profile. That was much appreciated.

It was my understanding in 2018 that there's been repeated request for new hallway carpet and the budget will not accommodate. I've been in several hallways and all appears the same. There's carpet odor plus it's quite dirty and stained. Attention is needed not only to the carpet, but the paint in the hallways.

While the tour given by Jazmine was fantastic, there was vomit and major stains on the hallway floor. There was also a very loud barking dog.

There are more fruit flies, silver fish, and random other insects than I have ever experienced in an apartment. The balcony was not usable this summer—I reported a wasp nest under a pest control maintenance request that was never addressed. I don't believe those are read, they send the pest control guy for issues we don't have. Thin windows—there is so much air and noise. The floors are thin: our downstairs neighbors have complained multiple times about the 2 year old being too noisy and we hear our upstairs neighbor knock things about. We also receive so many emails for the leasing office—its way too much.
