This place is my favorite place and I have received the best service that I expected. So it’s always my choice. There is no any issue at all

Winfred, the sales agent, was very professional & explained things in detail. He was also very personable. Apartment complex a little more @wear &rear” than I remembered it from last time.

Leasing associate was dismissive and not very engaging. Plan to do another tour on a different day and hope to receive better information and better service overall.

Many residents ignore the smoking ban and smoke weed on the premises or in their apartments.

Cleanliness of hallways… pet urine and trash

I would love it if I didn't come home to children screaming in the courtyard everyday. I am fine with the sound of children playing but screaming bloody murder for hours a day is just not needed. Gym equipment is dated and needs to be updated. More free weights and another bench.
