Garage is always Broken and so is elevator. Anyone that dosent have a key fob can access apartments which is a safety issue. Garage has been broken for about 3 months.

A lot of little things added up, but the kicker was the bargain basement cleanup after flooding in my building back in January. A thorough inspection of potential damage was not performed, nothing treated and I later found mold, collapsing or spalling drywall and cabinetry and bulging linoleum. from the poor unit layout design, crazy high electricity bills from inefficient 90s era HVAC, rude and condescending staff (not all of them), lax security or policy enforcement, etc, etc. I would not recommend MA for the prices being asked.
