Because initially I wanted an apartment with a carpet, because I have small children, but I was given with laminate, because of this, the lower neighbors can be noisy and they complain about us every day, and therefore I would not recommend it to friends or acquaintances

The move-in for the most part was ok. Crystal, our move in specialist, was not great. Aside from her unfriendly demeanor, she was unresponsive and even after I had an issue after move-in she never responded. Eric, our leasing agent, was terrific and always tried to help out after move in.
