I must apologize because I had no idea that apartments were not cleaned. I appreciate that the maintenance men came and came as quickly as they did, but they do not do the work I was asking for. My section 8 inspector approved the apartment with substandard conditions that I believe are just an oversight on Orsini 's part. So since it was approved and I did not have the choice to do the walk through this shower piece was missed. I would recommend Orsini because the apartments are really nice, the office staff are nice, the maintenance keep everything really clean and beautiful. I believe they are doing their best to make tenants comfortable. I did not know they don't clean before move in, but they still came and tried to fix the issue. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I sleep better than I have in years. I just wish cleaning was a part of pre move-in. Thank you for hearing me. I am enlightened.

Was good. The positive thing when looking for apartments in LA is that someone actually answers the phone. I initially worked with Ioanna and then Eric and both were very nice and helpful.
